ELIGIBILITY

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.

  • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

  • Custom or altered items cannot be returned.

Return Process

To start a return, please visit our Process a Return page and complete the form. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive detailed return shipping instructions via email.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency (₦ / $ / € / £).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent a defective or incorrect item.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange your item for a different size or color if available. Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at returns@body-politix.com or submit a request via our Process a Return page.
